Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personal care and handmade products, opened or used items are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
